Front Desk Associate

Greet, check in, respond to requests and settle accounts while providing exceptional service
Prepare for daily arrivals in terms of room allocation, and check traces for any special requests of guests. Welcomes guests and takes care of them from their arrival through to departure.
Take initiative to add a personalized experience
To handle guest requests ensuring that all matters are dealt with efficiently and promptly.
Handle walk-in guests at all times and handle calls for reservations when the room reservations section is closed. At the end of the shift or the day, communicate all information that the next shift has to know for a well running of the operations.
Take any guest feedback seriously and advise hotel management
Upsell and identify additional revenue opportunities. Support cost management procedures in the hotel. Promote and enroll guests under our M&C loyalty program.

The candidate should be/have:
Must have a Degree/ Diploma in Hospitality/Hotel Management
Excellent customer relationship management and communication skills.
Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic / Russian is an advantage.
Minimum 1-2 years experience in a similar role in a 4 or 5-star hotel
Service focused personality is essential; experience is an asset Prior experience working with Opera or a related system

Reservations Officer
Millennium Place Barsha Heights Dubai
Maintains effective guest relations to ensure prompt conversion of inquiries & repeat business, and works closely with the other departments of the hotel especially the Front Office and the Sales Department.
Process and confirm guest room reservations and ensure that all correspondences are actioned in a timely and professional manner.
Keep track of all LPOs, and ensure that correct rates, payment methods, credit facilities, market segments, visa, flight details, and other relevant information are updated in the Opera PMS.
Check all bookings done thru B2B (Wholesalers) and B2C (OTA) channels, ensuring booking details downloaded in the system matches the extranet details and rates are matching our rate for the day or the contracted rates. In case of discrepancy, to report immediately to his/her superior for action.
Monitoring of daily no-shows and cancellations, charging of payment where applicable – according to the company policy and reporting of such in OTA extranets to avoid discrepancies in commission.

The candidate should be/have:
1-year experience as Reservations Agent or a similar position preferably 5 stars.
Has the ability to communicate effectively in English, Arabic knowledge is an advantage.
Has knowledge of Property Management System operations such as Opera.

Welcomes the guests upon their arrival in a friendly and caring manner according to Millennium Place standards and opens the hotel door for all incoming guests.
Opens car door for all guests coming out of a taxi or car provides assistance with their luggage and brings it to the hotel in an efficient and timely manner to ensure guest satisfaction.
Handles guest requests in a polite and efficient manner such as calling a taxi or giving directions to refer requests to relevant staff if needed to ensure customer satisfaction. Keeps abreast on hotel products and services as well as on tourist and business traveling information that may be of any interest to our quests..
Controls the traffic ensuring that there are no vehicles blocking the hotel entrance.
Any other duties, which may be assigned to you from time to time as directed by your Supervisor or Manager.

The candidate should be/have:
Preferably 1-year experience within the Concierge Department; Excellent written and verbal English communication skills;
Preferably one additional language: Computer knowledge.

Lobby Ambassador – Russian Speaker

Greet and, meet the guest, and assist them in the lobby.
Check all the VIP arrivals of the day and the next day.
Prepare the amenities request for all VIPs.
Responsible to engage more guests for enrolling under the My Millennium loyalty program for all arrivals to achieve the set target
She will look after the profile update of all our guests and ensure the proper standard is followed.
Do courtesy calls to all our guests in the house and maintain the record.
Perform the FD tasks when required.

The candidate should be/have:
Ideally should have a Degree/ Diploma in Hospitality/Hotel Management Must be a Russian Speaker and should have an excellent command of English – Multilingual will be an advantage.
Must possess good communication skills.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role in 4/5 star hotels in UAE.
